Rebecca Bratburd is a journalist and a quilter based in Boulder, Colorado.

Her journalism has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, with more than 100 published articles. She currently writes for Quiltfolk magazine and Mansion Global. Past quilt-writing collaborations included Lo & Behold Stitchery, Toad & Sew, and Sewn by Amy Schelle.

Her quilting craft centers on American patchwork and appliqué quilt traditions and is inspired by the wilderness of the American West. She writes for  and is a member of the Boulder Modern Quilt Guild. Each quilt is made to be both a comfort designed for everyday life and an heirloom displayed as art.
